Yes, indeed, you read that correctly. Bicycling magazine has a column and AP ran a story in which a serial drunk driver is suing the parents of the boy he killed three years ago in Connecticut.

This is as dump as the response I got from my hold friend George when I learned that he hit a teenage boy many years ago!
"George I heard you hit a kid on Webster?"
"I didn't hit that kid, that dump kid tried to steal a tire off a moving vehicle!"
Unbeleivable!... The kid fully recovered.
